This certificate is valid for round-trip air transportation for two adults (flights arrive in Oakland or Sacramento), two nights of economy class accommodations in the Napa Valley Area (American Canyon or Vallejo, CA) and two wine tasting passes to a winery in the Napa Valley Area. All travel must be arranged by mail through CBE. To redeem you must fully complete this certificate and mail it to Casablanca Express (CBE) by the expiration date. Only original certificates will be honored. We recommend you retain a photocopy for your records. Upon receipt, you will be sent a confirmation letter advising you of your selected travel date. You must sign the reservation letter and return it to CBE with the required $95 tax deposit ($47.50 per person) prior to the confirmation deadline. Alternatively, if our requested travel dates were not available, you will have the opportunity to request new travel dates. All reservations are subject to availability and are restricted to specific flights, dates of travel, and accommodations. All travel must be arranged by mail through CBE. All requested arrival dates must be made at least 60 days in advance of that date. You must choose three Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday travel dates at least 21 days apart. Certificate holder must be 21 years of age or older. This certificate is invalid if sold or bartered, and is nontransferable. Flights must depart from Burbank, Los Angeles (LAX), Ontario, or San Diego, CA. Flights arrive into either Oakland or Sacramento, CA. Transportation to/from the airport, hotel/motel and winery is not included and is the sole responsibility of the traveler(s). Specific flights and accommodations are subject to availability and will be assigned by CBE. No reservations will be permitted within 7 calendar days of the following holiday; Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. This certificate does not include ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/winery, taxed, transfers, meals or any incidental expenses such as phone calls, gratuities, or entertainment. Hotel/motel may require a credit card imprint or deposit upon check-in to cover incidental expenses. All taxes pertaining to this trip (approx. $35-$75 per-person) are the sole responsibility of the travelers. Taxes include, but are not limited to: Federal Excise Tax, Federal Security Tax, Federal Tax, Segment Tax, September 11th Security Fee, Local Passenger Facility Charges, State Tax, City Sales Tax, and Lodging taxes. All taxes will be payable by deposit upon confirmation of travel date. Excess tax deposit, if any, will be refunded prior to your arrival date. If you desire additional nights, alternate accommodations or other services not specifically included in this offer, they may be made available to you (at an additional cost) only after your travel date is confirmed and your tax deposit has been received. Until CBE purchases your airline tickets and accommodations, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the tax deposit. A personal CBE representative will contact you to finalize the details of your trip before purchases are made. If you cancel at any time this certificate will be deemed void. Your airline tickets and/or itinerary will be mailed to you at least 10 days before your travel date. Failure to update your address and telephone numbers will prevent your receipt of your airline tickets and/or itinerary. This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid conjunction wit this certificate. This is not valid for group travel. Group travel is define as more than two persons using multiple certificates. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war. Both travelers must sign the certificate.
