TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Entitlements: You will receive a prepaid Endless Vacation Rentals® ("EVR") Resort Vacation Certificate ("Certificate"). The Registration Form is valid for one (1) EVR week (7 nights) in an EVR affiliated resort property of your choice.

  2. Activation: To activate, complete this Registration Form and mail to the address provided below along with a $75.00 Processing Fee in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to Travel Media (TM). Personal checks will be returned and will void this Certificate. The processing fee is non-refundable. Certificate is deemed void without a valid Date of Issue. Within 14 days you will be sent via email an "Access to Live Inventory" number.

  3. Reservations: Reservations require a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 30 days advance notice. All confirmations (i.e., bookings of accommodations using the Certificate) are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. You must have access to a computer with internet connection to redeem your Access to Live Inventory number.

  4. Availability: Destinations, arrival dates and resort properties are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis. No changes may be made after confirmation. Some properties may require additional payment or upgrade.

  5. Expiration: You have 2 months (60 days) from the Date of Issue to activate this Registration Form. Endless Vacation Rental week must be booked by the “Book By Date” issued with the “Access to Live Inventory” code email.

  6. Transfer: This Registration Form is void if sold, bartered or exchanged. This Registration Form may be transferred as a gift (without payment or consideration) but cannot be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale.

  7. Exclusions: Offer includes only accommodations and specifically excludes travel cost(s) and/or any other travel related expense(s) that may be incurred. Promotional discounts and offers may not apply to all properties. This offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon. Other restrictions may apply. Offer void where prohibited by law. Some resorts require that an all-inclusive fee be paid. Additional taxes may apply.

  8. Liability: By activating this Registration Form, you agree that EVR and TM are not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage, or personal loss in connection with any accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.

  9. Fully complete and mail this Registration Form, along with the $75 Cashier's Check or Money Order, to:
